Client Review

We always love to hear from happy clients… Here is what they had to say!

“In 2010 we bought a MacPherson Construction home which had been originally built around 1996. Prior to moving in, we contracted with MacPherson Construction to undertake some upgrades and remodel. The project took approximately three months. We are very pleased with the quality of the original construction and the work done during the upgrades and remodel. The MacPherson staff were very qualified, professional, and courteous. They also were very helpful to us during the entire project.

In 2014, unfortunately, we had a water incident that resulted in significant damage. MacPherson Construction was contracted to undertake the repairs. The work was done on record time as we were faced with severe time and scheduling issues. The insurance company paid all costs without questioning a single MacPherson Construction invoice. We can not say enough positive things about all of the Company’s staff that we have had the pleasure of working with and who have been of assistance to us during the two projects.”

A little office makeover!

Our interior designers did an office swap here at MCD to give them a larger space to work in. This is the magnificent result:

Natural tones and a brand new paint job have created an area that is now comfortable for both designers to meet with clients about the interior of their dream home. There is also plenty of space now  to spread out and work on current projects. In the open closets, there is now lots of storage for samples and materials. An organized resource library helps designers to pull together their initial ideas without having to head out to the design center or a showroom as they have a great supply of things on hand. They also have boxes designated to each client to keep all of the selections organized and in one location. The new counter height slab is a great place to display material and concept boards for meetings. A nice contrast to the room are the chalkboard walls, who doesn’t like to write on the walls? There are now also places to clip up inspiration for current projects as well as a calendar to help them stay on track and meet deadlines.

The designers would like to thank Western Tile and Marble for generously donating the Carrara Marble slab, employees Ty, Charlie, Pete, and Zack at the office for helping with the construction portion of the redesign, and the bosses Roger and Nancy for letting them run wild with the design.

Garage Doors that add Beauty to your Home’s Exterior

The Garage in this design was integrated in a way that it adds value to the appearence of the home instead of detracting attention away from it.

A completely different style home, yet the garage doors fit that style. Having glass windows allows natural light into the space as well.

Renovation: Chapman Residence

A complete renovation of this simple home from the inside out transformed its personality and character.

Everything was redone, from the exterior siding to the kitchen cabinets and more. One challenge was that the residence was locked in its footprint with setback constraints, and this required reconfiguring the existing square footage to meet the owners’ needs.

The transformation was completed by home remodeling experts from Texas: they added new areas such as an exercise room, crafts room, kitchen and outdoor living areas accented with textured travertine, knotty alder cabinetry, walnut floors, and hand-carved beams.
