This Hunts Point house took a creative approach to meet building height requirements by using a curved roof to maximize the volume within the side yard setbacks. The curved roofs and wood ceilings create a comfortable seal SCALE offset by the curved glulam beams, beautifully framing the customized lighting within.  The use of steel, stone & stucco sooth the senses capturing the visual and tactile properties of the materials. The integration of the pools and landscape respect the topography and make seamless transitions between the interior and exterior, no matter what the day brings.
